Digital products (playbooks, templates) are delivered via Gumroad immediately after purchase. All purchases are final. Refunds are offered at our discretion as described in the product listing — typically a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund, contact us directly. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the policy has been abused.
